Who's eligible for Lifeline?
You're likely eligible if you meet either of these requirements:
Government Program Participation
If you're enrolled in any of these government programs:
- ✓SNAP or D-SNAP (Food Stamps)
- ✓Medicaid (e.g. Health First Colorado)
- ✓Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- ✓Housing Choice Voucher (FPHA or Section 8)
- ✓Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
- ✓Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF)
- ✓Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
- ✓Veterans Pension
- ✓Survivor Benefit (Safe Connections Act of 2022)

If your household income falls below the listed income cutoffs:
